Hi!

I'm facing the same issue on macOS Catalina 10.15.4.
I managed installing the Heavier7Strings app but the popup message is shown when I activated my license (screenshot attached).

After reading this forum post, I downloaded the sample library from https://www.dropbox.com/s/n72rn48fr58vc ... r.zip?dl=0. However I got another error "You cannot open the application: Heavier7StringsSamples-1.1.1-osx-installer".

I wonder if this installer is incompatible with Catalina... Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

Please kindly try to manually create the directory by following instructions, then reinstall the sample file and try registration again.

1: open a Finder window.
2: open "go to directory" by command+shift+G.
3: visit user library directory at: "/Users/(your user name)/Library".
4: in this directory, create "ThreeBodyTech" folder.

Thank you the issue has been resolved.
I copied the "ThreeBodyTech" folder from the Mac I was previously using and put that under /Users/<myusername>/Library/Audio/Presets on my new Mac.
Thank you for your kind support anyways!

May show a video of you doing this so that I know EXACTLY where to go and apply the instructions because some of these were not on my laptop as I search where you told me to look and what to copy.
