Heavier7Strings Inspiration Keys Not Working

Someone posted this question before - but it was answered by saying "inspiration keys work as keyswitches". Yes, we already know this. The problem is they're not working. They produce no effects or sounds. Can we find the solution so they work as demonstrated in the tutorial on Youtube, where, when you press those keyswitches, sound is produced, and not silence? To be more clear. I don't need silence. I can get silence if my husband is asked about increasing my credit card spending limit.
