Kirchhoff EQ has a Bug

Hi I had purchased and used the Kirchhoff EQ almost a year.

I'm using it on M1pro mbp 16 macOS 12 Monterey, with Cubase 12 pro.

When I load the Kirchhoff EQ window from Insert slot in cubase, cubase 12 pro is frozen. And I cannot do anything, because my mouse cursor become rainbow on cubase. I have to do force quit my daw.

This is not always, but often frozen. It was showed since first time I use it.
I had updated cubase, but It's still appeared.
What can I do to fix?

I had a similar issue with a plugin freezing my DAW, which made it impossible to work smoothly. Have you tried reinstalling the Kirchhoff EQ or checking for any updates specifically for the plugin? Sometimes, clearing the plugin cache or resetting preferences in Cubase can also help resolve these freezing issues.

Please make sure you have upgraded to the latest version 1.7.1. If the issue persists, you can try lowering the refresh rate in the settings, for example, setting it to 30.
