Inspiration Keys Not Working

Hello, first, this instrument sounds AMAZING right out of the box. I'm very happy with the sound.

I am having an issue w/ the inspiration keys though. When I activate them in my DAW or press them, a little red lightning icon shows over the key and there is no sound.

Do you guys have any idea what might be wrong?

Thanks for making an awesome instrument. I really do love it and I'm sure this can be fixed.

The inspiration keys in our products work as keyswitches, which can help you trigger different effects.

My inspiration keys (as per the manual they are the range of keys described as inspiration keys) don't produce sound either. I watched a video and these keys on the keyboard shouldn't be producing no sound I think. In fact, I think some of the MIDI keys described as such should produce some effects of some kind. Maybe the keys surrounding the key C4 (19 of them) would play back some guitar effect samples - but who am I to say - I didn't design this amazing product! But I do know that the MIDI keys are doing nothing.

The way to use the inspiration keys is: hold down one inspiration key and touch a note, and you will get a specific performance for the note you are touching.
