sounds cutting off

Hello Everyone,
I LOVE THIS VST, it's what I've been searching for, for decades!! (let's get that out of the way)
I am having an issue though, hopefully a simple thing. When I load a sound/pattern into Logic to record, and I play my Kronos, the guitar sound plays for a split second and then gets cut off as if very staccato. However, if I play the keyboard in the app with my mouse and hit one of this keys, it plays normal. It's not a sustain issue as the pedal works and does what it's supposed to. Hope I'm making sense and what can I do about it. I have reloaded the software/Logic and rebooted my Kronos several times. But still the same issue. Help!!! and Thanks!!!......Ron
