Failed "Delete Device" process

Hi,

So, based on the newly activation system implemented, I have tried to delete from my account one activation which was used by me before to make a fresh Win 10 install. I went on my account page, clicked on Delete Device and nothing happened, the following message appeared: "Failed to delete the device, the system has detected an abnormality in this operation, please contact us if you have any objections".
I completely understand the policy but what good to have the option to delete one or both activation if the system doesn't let me do anything.
My simple logical assumption is that through newly activation process we have the option to delete one or both activation in order to have the liberty to use them on - let's say for the sake of the example - another device.
The best exampe for this would be XLN Audio who has a very good, straightforward acivation/deactivation process. In other words, whenever the account holder wants to use the specific plugin on another device, all he has to do is to go on his account, deactivate the specific plugin and install it on another PC or whenever he wants after a fresh reinstall.
Why can't we have this possibility as long as on your website/account page there's a button to delete a device?
Why don't we have the option to install and reinstall the plugins through YOUR implemented Delete Device?
If I want to make a fresh Win install every freaking day it is my own and personal option so why do we have to send you e-mail request for deactivation every single time when I have on my account all slot activations filled but not used by me anymore?
Can you fix once and for all the deactivation process through you website/individual account so we do not have the feeling that we bought your plugins (excellent no doubt) for nothing?
Again. check just for the sake of the example the activation/deactivation process of XLN Audio products, and maybe, just maybe your plugin sales will get a boost.
After all, we did not rent your products, we paid for them in full so please let us choose to activate/deactivate your plugins whenever we want.
As far as I am concerned, you can make activation available for a single PC or whatever, I don't care (anyway I am using one PC on my music sessions) but since I paid in full your products please give me the choice to deactivate them whenever I want or I will simply consider a loss of money and moving on with competition's plugins.

Thank you and looking forward for a straightforward answer 'cause to be honest I am getting fed up send you deactivation request e-mails when this can be done by me as the account holder through your website.
