Individually chancing

There's certain things that I would like to use specifically such as.......
1] Change the tuning of each string individually.
2] Use fast, medium, and slow slide FX
3] Play certain notes on the piano roll (CC) on certain strings......Continued text after picture.
This explains reason #3.
RED: I want to play a "D (Octave 3)" note on the 4th string with the 12th fret.
BLUE: I want to play a "D (Octave 3)" note on the 3rd string with the 7th fret.
YELLOW: I want to play "B (Octave 1)" note on the 6th string with the 19th fret.
GREEN: I want to play "B (Octave 1)" note on the 5th string with the 14th fret.
ORANGE: Instead of the String control button.
PINK: Why not trigger the string control on the (CC) a.k.a. the piano roll, the strings itself be triggered. So that we play notes and pitches for THAT specific string.
