Reorder EQ nodes by number

I appreciate that we can rearrange EQ nodes in Kirchhoff with the band arranger at the bottom, however, what I would like is if this also changed the nodes' numbers, such that scrolling between them also follows the same line. In the example I posted, I have a node that was made 5th in order of creation in this instance. I would like to both move that node in the bottom view AND change its number so that I can have that node as node #3. This would save time while scrolling through each one outside of the bottom view because I will predictable land on the next expected node on the graph.

I think it should also be an option in the settings to make it so that this number reordering can be an automatic behavior, or to allow the user the freedom to choose their own numbering order when rearranging nodes.
