FL Studio's Parametric EQ2 is a remarkable fusion of a heatmap and the traditional histogram commonly found in EQ displays. This unique combination offers a valuable advantage by providing insight into the correlation between peaks, allowing you to visualize the relevant intensity that often remains concealed within the multitude of frequencies that aren't peaks.
To illustrate its effectiveness, check out the example of Parametric EQ2 in action. However, please bear in mind that the video does not fully capture the experience. The real magic happens when you experience it on a high-refresh-rate screen. It enables you to effortlessly distinguish between the vocal and guitar frequencies, even when they are all blended together in the final mix.

Re: heatmap ala FL Studio parametric eq2
(i kinda forgot to mention that i suggest this heatmap view for kirchoff EQ)
Re: heatmap ala FL Studio parametric eq2
Dude, a heatmap in Kirchoff would be amazing. I hope they can implement that. Hopefully in the same way that FL's EQ does, such that you can have both the heat map AND the spectrum view enabled at the same time.
