Cabinetron install/ launch issue

I just installed Cabinetron 1.0 and when attempting to add the vst3 to either Studio One v6.5 or Cubase v13, either hang indefinitely and require a hard restart of the machine. I did get it to launch to the licensing popup the VERY FIRST time i tried to apply a vst, but it hung during unlocking...now after i've uninstalled, reinstalled a few times, it doesn't even get that far--just hangs on applying the vst to a track.

I'm on Windows (10 Enterprise 19045.3570)
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5930K CPU @ 3.50GHz
32.0 GB Ram
NVIDIA GTX 980 Ti

It sounds like you're having a frustrating experience with Cabinetron 1.0. Make sure both Studio One and Cubase are updated to their latest versions. Software updates can resolve compatibility issues. Uninstall Cabinetron completely and then reinstall it. Sometimes a fresh install can resolve underlying issues.
