Can't Download Kirchhoff installer

I just purchased Kirchhoff EQ, set up my account, and bound the serial number successfully. But the 'Global Mirror' link on the download page (the only link) does nothing and times out on both Safari and Chrome on Mac OS. Help please?

fyi, TBT customer service promptly solved my problem with a new link. I'm impressed!
