Heavier7Stringsl Presets and Effects are missing

Good day. I bought Heavier7Strings in July of 2019. I didn't get a chance to use it often and did an upgrade to Windows 10 since it was installed. I have the sample libraries and the VST is activated and working but I lost all the presets and effects. The tabs and pages are blank and I think they were lost when I did that upgrade (fresh install). Is there a way I can get that or have it restored? I appreciate any help you can provide.
