About H9S

Postby admin » Fri Dec 20, 2019 8:22 am

Dear customer,

We apologize to inform you that the release of H9S will be postponed to next year. To be honest, the developement of H9S is like a nightmare absolutely. There are many new functions to be added to H9S based on the feedback from customers, such as the patterns library function. We have received a lot of suggestions for improvement, in order that if all the comments are implemented, it will become an arrangement keyboard. Acturally we want to make it happen, but we can't make it. The same thing happens in samples, effects, and coding. We felt like we were swimming in the swamp.

Recently, we reviewed the development of the past 2 years. We found that we have developed a lot of new technologies but the output is zero. Nevertheless, please don't worry, we are freed from the quagmire, like awaken from Zen. Next year, we will release a series of new product, not only H9S, but also diverse product lines.

We thank you all for your loyalty over the past years that we have been in business, and we will make every effort to not disappoint you again. We hope that you will continue to remain support to our brand.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns regarding to H9S and we would be happy to assist you.

Thank you very much.

Sincerely,

Threebody Tech Team

About H9S and new products

Postby DavidsonCuba » Mon Apr 27, 2020 1:24 am

Hey do not get discouraged, we know that only sampling an instrument is a task of titans, next developing the algorithms for each behavior...But please do not abandon the project.
I believe that Heavier7STrings is without doubt the best Sampler of electric guitars for metal and I am sure that what next will keep this achieve!

Please, I request also that not abandon the evolution of your previous product in order that both live together, I hope that all the new characteristics can adapt to also
HEAVIER7STRINGS, will be impressive to see a new update of Heavier7Strings

There is a small feature that I miss, I would like include visualize the articulation that is currently playing, check the guitars of IMPACT SOUNDWORK, Heavier7String there is no indication that reports when takes place a Hammer On, Slide, etc would be good to know it... also I request that appreciate the possibility of executing hammer/pull onverlapping notes as in other libraries not always the CC is the best choice.

Greetings and I hope that advances are on the way.

Saludos de CUBA

Hi, Rayman,

Yes, we are still under the process of developing H9S. But unfortunately, our process is slower than our initial plan, the COVID-19 really disordered the development of our normal work.

We hope that you can kindly understand during this tough time.

We also apprecaite your concern and support. But please do not worry we will do our best.

Have a nice day, and keep safe.

Best regards.

Hi! I just want to know if H9S will be out this year. And do you have any plans on H7S? The last update was released about two years ago...
Love your instruments!

About Present and Future

Postby DavidsonCuba » Sat Sep 19, 2020 2:59 am

Too bad hear that...Now we are in the middle of the year 2020 and there is still no new news, yes I know COVID-19 has delayed everything and crushed all our plans, but please, don´t give up! ... You should not abandon HS7 either, I think there are still things that can be added to make it even better ... maybe an update of the engine, the algorithms ... Why not apply in HS7 the knowledge acquired for HS9 that has become stagnant?

I suggest adding some features
(I quote Shreddage because I consider that he is the most worthy competitor of you ... without becoming the winners :-P but they have certain details that if they are perfected in HS7 you will be invincible!!!

1. A small panel showing the articulation that is triggered. (check Shreddage Guitars)

2. I don't know how many layers you recorded for Palm Mute but I think it is necessary to have several layers of decay very important for metal, as Shreddage does, sometimes I find some palmutes on HS7 (even also on S3) a little lack of "punch" and "decay"

3. Work more on the attack from the pick to the note, in some cases a "machine effect" is still noticeable specially in single notes riffs (other virtual guitars have the same issue), and it is not because of the "round robins" there is something in the attack, in the initial sound... the best that I think that makes that is the old PROMINY V-Guitar (Awesome library but abandoned) I hope TBT and HS7 does not meet the same fate :-(
