Loving it! But not sure if there is an issue with timing/tempo?

Have thoroughly enjoyed using H7S so far, but often can't seem to keep things sounding in time.
This is whether I use midi patterns dragged out from the plug itself, or (numerous!) midi patterns I've got from elsewhere, or even drawn in fresh. It all sounds fabulous initially, but then I listen a few times and notice the guitar seems to be dragging off grid in a bad way (not in a "humanised, but groovy" way... Like, dragging off rhythm.)
I initially thought I had figured it out... By adjusting chord detect time to zero and strumming speed etc. Thought that must be it, but then, after a few cycles it seems to be falling off again. This is with Bitwig, Win 10. The workflow involves a lot of looping whilst building arrangements etc, hence why the timing always becomes noticeable.
I've tended to shift the midi off-grid whichever way sounds OK, once an arrangement is forming, and is not always bad if the pattern isn't intricate anyway. I've got good results at times just getting on with it, but the problem seems to keep turning up when I start new things etc. And often exported projects sound like they have strange speed shifts from the guitar(s) that I didn't notice until hearing it back later.
As I say, loving the plug in spite of this! Sounds great. And hope it is just a bug that can be ironed out... Also hoping it is not just me failing to fully understand how the plug works, or something!
