I am just curious.

Thank you guys.

Best regards,

Robert.

Hi Robert,

Our apologies. We are still at the sample recording stage for H9S, plus we worked on the H7S update for a while at the end of last year.
Our plan has updated and several new products involved, so there will be a delay.

As you know it's a 9-string guitar, things get complicated when more strings involved. There are new challengings on sample recording and programming. To be honest, what we aim for is taking H9S to a whole new level and be the best in the market, so we have a new standard for our team. We thought we were close to that goal last year, but turns out there are problems need to be solved.

So we thank you for your patient. Although it's delayed, we bet it's gonna be the greatest thing you ever got.

Jesus, are you kidding us? this is exactly the same answer we got long time ago.

don't mean to be rude, but hey, can we have an estimate date of release or not?

Hi,

Are you referring to the post we posted last October? We did make some progress since then but not enough to enter to next stage. I was just filling Robert in.
For software developing, is hard to get an estimate, as there are just too many unforeseeable events. At one point we wanted to do a development log, but sometimes we will discard what we already got and start from the bottom, so it will make the log hard to read and we decided not to do it.

Besides the Forum, we've got many inquiries about H9S through email and Facebook message, so please keep in mind we, as the company, are the one wanted it the most. But we won't say we're ready until we make H9S the top of the top of the world. After all, this kind of spirit is what made H7S.

It's impossible for me to understand your complaint. Creating a next-level guitar engine is incredibly hard question. I'm sure that TBT guys don't waste time and I'm going to use H7S all the way long until H9S is ready.

In Flames and Alvsvartr,

We truly aware the expectations and thank you guys for understanding. For now, we really want H9S to be great, we can just use old codes and record new samples, but we feel it's unfair for the users and it's not what we wanted.
So please wait a little longer, it will be worth it, we promise.

I understand you cant understand my complaint but put it this way, I haven't an infinite budget so I'm tempted to make decisions and it would be a shame cause I think h7s is the best vst metal guitar around (even more after the last update with new amps, I really like the 5150 amp emulation). I'm also sure the guys at ThreeBodyTech are working hard to release a great product, but on the other hand my two cents, they lack in communication. Some things are worth waiting for, but for how long? If I had further details on the new guitar maybe I would be willing to wait a little more but in this way I find it hard. We dont know anything about the new vst guitar.

Yes, thanks for the attention. I'll try to resist. I have a suggestion! Is it possible to have some midi files for the new guitar focused on metal styles? (deathmetal, thrash, blackmetal, djent ecc) ?
I ask this noth much to understand how the guitar works, but to have some premixed templates to work on.

First, thank you again for understanding.
Second, your suggestion makes so much sense! We'll definitely consider and do our best.

All the best,

Dear Admin and TBT command,
In Flames raised a good question. I use Guitar Pro for 15 years and it is suitable for me to write music. But Guitar Pro has a very-very big flaw - it exports midi without information (only bends). So, what about the possibility of importing GP files directly in the H9S project? Ample Sound guitars do so.

In Flames,
I'm pretty sure I've advised you to use guitar pro and to download some tabulatures of desired genre, e.g. Morbid Angel, Death, Immortal, Emperor, Satyricon etc., export midi files and you'll see the basics of death/black styles.
